it's about PROmotion, HOstess and MErchandising. consists of 5 divisions. the symbol is a human being (or a flower, if you like that better) :) and it also goes for the number 5.

Reply... I think you could work more the type, some letters seem too condensed regarding to the others (%22r%22, %22h%22, %22m%22). May be upper part of the %22h%22 could also be reduced...
